The INDIAN INSTITUTE OF GEMOLOGY was founded by MR. GURMIT SINGH, an FGA (UK) from Gemmological Association Gem Testing Laboratory of Great Britain, London. He has also studied at the Gemological Institute of America, New York and The Asian Institute of Gemological Sciences in Thailand.
He is a widely traveled Gemologist and has travelled to U.S.A, Europe and most parts of South East Asia.

He has attended various gemological events like International Gem Conferences and various Gems & Jewellery Shows held around the world.
He has a rich experience of teaching people from various parts of the world from countries like U.S.A, Canada, Japan, Australia, Ireland, Uganda, Kenya, Lithuania, Russia etc.
