Students who wish to join the gemology courses can apply by submitting the admission form along with the required documents and prescribed fees. The institute reviews the application and confirms admission based on course availability.
The candidate can register one’s name for admission by submitting the completely filled prescribed application form which can be downloaded from heading “ADMISSION FORM " which can be submitted online or at the office of the Institute or in Person or by Post. After this, one shall be informed of the exact date of start when the admission of the course opens.
The Candidate who is not registered earlier is required to fill up the prescribed application which can be downloaded from heading "ADMISSION FORM" and submit it before the last date of submission. If found suitable as per the admission criteria / he /she shall be informed about his SELECTION. If selected there in he/she shall be required to deposit the necessary fees within the prescribed time period. However, for outstation candidates the application must be accompanied by the bank draft towards the fees of the course at the time of submission of the application form.
Candidates must have qualified 10 + 2 or equivalent / Higher Secondary / Senior Secondary or equivalent examination from a Recognized Educational Institution. Enrolment to the courses is limited and based on Interview / Admission criteria as finalized by the Instructor Gemologist / Committee from time to time. However, IIG reserves the right of selection
